We both started working in linguistic quality and automation in 2001. But we only met in 2021.

That is 40 years of combined experience. Do we feel old? No!

Marle worked in linguistic AI before anyone knew what Siri even was (2002), so be assured that we are keeping a close eye on the developments.

AI for language services is fast evolving, and we are developing our own quality solutions here at tale. We use AI with caution and never process our clients' data through it. We are a bit annoyed by the hype - do most people who suddenly claim to be seasoned AI experts even understand the difference between automation, AI, GenAI, AGI, machine learning, and so on?
We are really good at automation, by the way!

However, we believe AI is awesome - it opens up so many opportunities and windows into language services for companies that didn't find it feasible before.
